For Full time or Part time Nanny Care exceeding 8-weeks, we kindly ask parents to complete a family application form to provide us with insights into your specific needs. Following this, we'll promptly arrange a phone consultation to address any queries you may have and gain a thorough understanding of your desired nanny profile. From there, if you would like to move forward, you'll have 72 hours to finalize the contract and submit payment to initiate the nanny search process.

For temporary care needs, such as babysitting or short-term nanny services not exceeding 8 weeks, please reach out to us directly for expedited assistance in getting you set up promptly.

Full Time/ Part Time Nanny Package Details

• The Nanny works with the family on a long term basis or longer than 8 weeks.

• Perfect for House Managers, Cooking, Cleaning and taking care of the kids. Our Nannies can do Nanny shares, or work with your child individually.

• We will supply you with 2-4 Amazing Nannies to choose from when selecting a Nanny for your family.

• Nannies can do before or after care.

• We also provide 6-month coverage, ensuring that if any unforeseen circumstances arise within that time, we'll promptly find you another exceptional nanny at no additional expense. Your peace of mind is our priority!

Full time/ Part time Payment Information

Total fee for Part time & Full time Care is: $3,600

(Please be advised, this is the total fee covering our agency's time, resources, and expertise dedicated to finding the perfect nanny for your family. This fee is separate from the nanny's hourly compensation.)

Our Fee of $3,600 is broken down into two main payments.

$600- upfront fee covers the following services:

• Initiation of the nanny search process

• Background/Motor Vehicle checks for all selected candidates

• Creation of custom nanny profiles

• 6 months of coverage from the commencement of the nanny search until the end of the 6-month period or up to 2 rounds of Nanny Searches.

• A comprehensive package that includes engaging icebreakers, sample interview questions, sample contract template and more to facilitate a warm and comfortable introduction between you and your future nanny.

• Information on steps for moving forward with your future nanny.

• Additional information on payroll management, gas reimbursement, and related details.

$3,000 - The last fee is paid only after you are satisfied with the Nanny we have selected for you. This last payment is called the ‘Nanny Placement Fee.’

Once you're satisfied with your nanny:

- An additional $3,000 is due 5 days before the nanny’s start date.

- This fee covers the services provided, including our time, associate expenses, etc.

- This last Payment is only required once you are satisfied with your nanny.

We're committed to transparency. No hidden fees, ever. If extra charges arise, we'll notify you promptly and provide clear invoices. Your trust is paramount, which is why we never store your card details. Below are additional fees that may occur.

Additional Fees that may occur:

100$ -400$ - Change in the Nannies Criteria after we have already sent the first round of Nannies to the Family.

50$ - Failure to communicate your selection of a nanny within 72 hours after the nanny profiles are sent over, will incur a daily charge of $50.
